… that the horse's passport can be picked up at the show office on the day the horse leaves the event - not before.

• All freestyle music must be sent by email to no later than Wednesday, April 30th at 14.00 (2 p.m).

• The music must be labeled with the rider's name, category, and horse's name. (Ex.: Lise Hansen, CVIU25, Sofus)

- Please note the stables' opening hours upon arrival - opening hours are from 5.00-23.00 (5 a.m. to 11 p.m).
- Access to the stables outside of these hours is not permitted. In case of emergency, please contact the stable keeper.
- If extra shavings or hay are needed, please contact the stable keeper or the show office.

• Current information from the event officials can be obtained by scanning the QR code for the event's Whats App group - you will find the code in the stable areas.

• Dogs must always be on a leash in the entire venue area.

• Smoking indoors is not allowed.

• For safety reasons, there is video surveillance on the warm-up areas.
